Raising fillet mounting note:

• Prevent fillet break: paste some paint or latex to make the fillet strongly fastened with roller, which can prevent the fillet move and break
• Control the mounting strength: normally 10-25kg

Raising fillets maintenance and note:

• Daily maintenance: Increase the daily maintenance for the raising machine. Inspect the brushing and porcupine roller area and adjust accordingly, especially for the machine with the metallic brushing.
• Periodical cleaning: Clean the the brushing and porcupine roller in time, especially for some thread residue, trash. Or they would reduce the fillets raising effect and wire recovery capability
• Right storage: The environment requirement: humidity ≤45%, temperature 0-40C. The remaining wire shall be stored in the regional case and sealing, the case shall be at least 20cm higher than the ground. Make sure do not touch the wire with the wet hands.
• Strength checking: Inspect the wire running condition and check if there is any unnormal phenomenon like wire loose, hunch, which need to adjust or remounting. But make sure the mounting strength shall not be high because the wire is already mounted one time and the strength is stable.
• Inspect the new wire extending condition in the first week, re-mount the wire if necessary.
• Once the wire is mounted, no need to grind the wire because it can make sure the wire sharpness.
• We don’t suggest to increase the raising strength because it shall use different wire according to different fabric.
